Payment must be made in advance before we deliver the data.

Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the progress of the work.

PayPal charges an additional fee of 3% of the total fee for domestic orders and 7% of the total fee for international orders.
★Vtuber Model Notes★

●I will respond within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry.
●The delivery date will be in the order of those who have made a formal request.
Please submit your request as soon as possible, as we may have to delay the start of the project if we are swamped.
●I cannot respond to requests for illustrations or modeling by other creators, such as "with the pattern of this illustration" or "with movements like this modeler. Please understand that we cannot respond to such requests.
●I do not permit the use of illustrations prior to payment.
Publication on social networking sites is also not allowed, but only silhouettes with the entire image blacked out is acceptable.
It is also OK to use the illustration as a reference material for the creator in relation to the creation of the key visual or logo.
●Samples of your work may be posted as part of your portfolio.
●We will only accept requests from those who have the good sense to continue Vtuber activities for at least 6 months.
●In the unlikely event that we lose contact with you, the model you produced will be sold to nizima.

●Please give us author's name somewhere on the Internet where you are active.
●Copyrights will not be transferred.
●The work may be used as a sample or portfolio for publication, distribution, or other purposes.

●Content that may offend public order and morals (including excessively violent or sexually explicit content)
If we deem the use of your activities to be malicious, such as when it is used to the detriment of Midorikawa Ally or when trouble occurs, we may take measures to suspend use of the model.
【Permission to use Vtuber model illustrations】
● Vtuber activities and video production, using icons, headers, thumbnails, and models,

●Printing for personal enjoyment, creation of goods, distribution of goods, online printing
●Create and post collages using free materials distributed by SNS, etc.
